MAPEANDO A LITERATURA SOBRE O BEM-ESTAR EUDAIMÔNICO: UM ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO

Resumo

O bem-estar eudaimônico é um conceito que enfatiza a realização e o florescimento definitivos na vida. Este estudo tem como objetivo mapear a literatura sobre o bem-estar eudaimônico. O problema de pesquisa é apresentado da seguinte forma: como a literatura sobre o bem-estar eudaimônico está organizada? Foi realizado um estudo bibliométrico, analisando 64 artigos científicos relacionados a este tema em várias áreas de estudo. Os dados são organizados usando o VOSviewer©, incorporando princípios bibliométricos como a lei de Lotka para medir a produtividade de autores que fazem uma contribuição significativa para a pesquisa, a lei de Zipf para medir a frequência e a proporção de palavras nos estudos e a lei de Bradford para avaliar a produtividade e a relevância das revistas científicas. Essa abordagem ajuda a identificar padrões, tendências e lacunas na literatura relacionada à influência do consumo no bem-estar eudaimônico, fornecendo insights valiosos para pesquisas futuras. Esta pesquisa oferece uma nova perspectiva sobre a relação entre consumo e bem-estar social dos consumidores, examinando o papel que o bem-estar eudaimônico desempenha no campo da gestão. Além disso, o estudo sugere um diálogo entre práticas de bem-estar e teorias de gestão, argumentando que práticas de mercado e políticas comerciais mais morais e focadas no bem-estar podem ajudar a encontrar um equilíbrio entre as demandas sociais e as necessidades individuais.
