A RELAÇÃO ENTRE CONFLITO TRABALHO-FAMÍLIA E SATISFAÇÃO NO TRABALHO

UM ESTUDO COM SERVIDORES DE UMA INSTUTUIÇÃO FEDERAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR

Resumen

Satisfação e conflito trabalho-família são temáticas centrais para organizações modernas, especialmente pelas descontinuidades e rápidas mudanças ocorridas no mercado de trabalho e nas estruturas familiares. Nessa perspectiva, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar o conflito família-trabalho como preditor da satisfação com o trabalho em uma instituição federal de ensino superior. Para tanto, foi realizado um levantamento com amostragem não probabilística por disponibilidade, que contou com a participação de 222 servidores de uma universidade federal na Região Norte do Brasil. O questionário reuniu a Escala Conflito Trabalho-Família (ECFT) e a Short Index of Job Satisfaction (SIJS) e os dados foram tratados com modelagem de equações estruturais (PLS-SEM). Os resultados confirmaram a influência negativa dos conflitos trabalho-família na satisfação com o trabalho (H1), mostraram relação positiva entre os conflitos família-trabalho e trabalho-família (H2), porém não foram encontradas evidências estatísticas de que os conflitos família-trabalho prejudicam a satisfação com o trabalho (H3) na amostra estudada. As conclusões recomendam o acompanhamento e o aprimoramento de políticas de gestão de pessoas para que os conflitos, ora intermediários e baixos, não comprometam a satisfação no trabalho no futuro

Carlos André Corrêa de Mattos, Universidade Federal do Pará

Doutor em Ciências Agrárias (2012) pela Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia (UFRA) e Mestre em Gestão e Desenvolvimento Regional (2008) pela Universidade de Taubaté (Unitau). Cursou MBA em Gestão Empresarial (2004) e Gerenciamento de Projetos (2005) pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Bacharel em Administração (2002) pela Universidade da Amazônia (Unama), na trajetória profissional atuou em organizações públicas e privadas. Dentre as áreas de concentração, destacam-se: Gestão de Organizações Públicas, Estudos Organizacionais, Competitividade, Agronegócio e Organização Agroindustrial. Atualmente é professor da Faculdade de Administração (FAAD) e do Mestrado em Administração (PPGAD) da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPa).
