PROPOSIÇÃO E VALIDAÇÃO DE UMA ESCALA DE MENSURAÇÃO DE RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL CORPORATIVA NA VISAO DO CONSUMIDOR

Resumo

Mesmo que a importância da Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (RSC) já seja largamente reconhecida, ainda não havia uma ferramenta de mensuração deste construto pela visão do consumidor. Diante desta lacuna, o objetivo principal deste estudo é a proposição e validação de uma escala que possibilite a mensuração da RSC percebida por consumidores. Por meio de um survey, envolvendo 862 consumidores finais de uma rede de lojas, testou-se a relação entre a composição multidimensional da RSC e, para validade nomológica, o efeito desta na Lealdade (r2=0,58) e na Satisfação (r2=0,70) da amostra.
