A INFLUÊNCIA DO ESTILO DE LIDERANÇA NO ISOMORFISMO: UMA ANÁLISE NO SETOR PÚBLICO

Resumo

A capacidade de liderar consiste em moldar comportamentos pessoais em prol dos objetivos de uma empresa, entretanto, algumas empresas como os órgãos públicos, estão inseridos em ambientes que os forçam a ter comportamento organizacional semelhante, considerando o ambiente na qual estão inseridos. Desta forma, esta pesquisa visa identificar a influência do estilo de liderança no isomorfismo, com análise voltada para compreensão do setor público. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva, realizada por meio de levantamento e abordagem quantitativa dos dados, utilizando a regressão e a correlação de Pearson aplicada as ariáveis. A amostra desta pesquisa compreendeu 180 secretários, dos 100 municípios que apresentaram maior produto interno bruto do estado de Santa Catarina. Os resultados desta pesquisa demostram que nas instituições públicas os líderes capazes de motivar seus subordinados de forma ética levam as organizações a apresentar maior isomorfismo, porém, o modelo de liderança norteado por recompensas e punições minimiza o trabalho autônomo dos colaboradores. Sendo assim, compreender sobre os modelos de liderança e isomorfismo é a chave para o bom desenvolvimento de uma organização, saber motivar e incentivar os funcionários em tempos de crise, ou em uma organização que possui grande quantidade de regras é um grande diferencial.
