ANÁLISE SHIFT-SHARE PARA TOMAR DECISÕES DE INTERNACIONALIZAÇÃO EM PME

Resumo

Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma aplicação da análise Shift-Share na seleção de países para fins de internacionalização, como uma ferramenta significativa para a tomada de decisões em pequenas e médias empresas. A análise foi realizada para examinar os países que conquistaram e perderam partes de mercado em termos de importação do produto que o hipotético empresário queria internacionalizar. O exemplo apresentado mostra a viabilidade da análise para uma orientação correta nos mercados internacionais para as PME. A análise Shift-Share realizada revelou que cinco (Australia, Austria, Burkina Faso, Bulgaria y Bahréin) dos 11 analisados ​​na região ganharam participação no mercado internacional de serviços durante o período do estudo, demonstrando sua viabilidade para um processo de internacionalização.
